1. 50% deposit is payable on booking confirmation, the remainder on commencement of the session on the day

2. All photos will be delivered fully edited and in high resolution

3  All images remain the sole copyright of Depiction by Svetlana. Clients purchasing the photos will also have full and equal rights of usage of the photos​

4. Prices & terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice except for session already booked with deposit paid

3. Photos might be used for promotional and or marketing purposes by Depiction by Svetlana

4. Photos may not be resold or manipulated 

5. Photos may be used and printed for personal use only (except for professional headshots)
6. Travel fee will be applied if traveling outside of Discovery Bay

Cancellations

Sometimes unexpected things happen. If we have to schedule due to a bad weather, I will ensure I offer you a suitable alternative date that suits us both. If you wish to change the date for any other reason I would require a 24 hours notice, otherwise your deposits will be forfeit.
